OkGo Studio ("OkGo Studio," "we," "us," and "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this "Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information when you access or use our website located at and all affiliated websites owned and operated by us (collectively, the "Site"), applications (including our applications available on third-party websites like Facebook and Google+), forums, games, and any related services (collectively with the Site, the "Service"). In this Privacy Policy, "you," "your," and "yourself" refer to any person who uses the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any modified version of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Service. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service and our forum rules. If you use the Service or provide your personal information through the Service, information may be transferred to the servers, offices, and employees of OkGo Studio and our service providers in the United States as described in this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to make changes, modify, or add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time, in our discretion. When we modify this Privacy Policy, we will make it available via the Service and update the effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information about you in various ways when you use the Service. In general, you can visit the Site and access other aspects of the Service without telling us who you are or revealing any other personal information about yourself.

Information You Provide Us.  When you contact us or submit an inquiry via the Service or register for a OkGo Studio account, we may collect personal information that you provide us directly and/or information that you authorize us to obtain from a social network website or application, such as Facebook (collectively, "Personal Information").  Personal Information may include your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment account information.

Automatically Collected Information. We may automatically collect non-personal information (collectively, "Automatically Collected Information") from your computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device that you use to access the Service (each, a "Device"). Automatically Collected Information may include technical information about your Device, such as IP address, approximate location indicated by your IP address, MAC address, IDFA/IMEI, operating system, browser type, and referring and exit URLs, and information about your use of the Service, such as games played, game scores, use of virtual currency, and interaction with other users.

We collect Automatically Collected Information through server log files, cookies, and pixel tags. A "cookie" is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user's browser while the user is browsing a website. A "pixel tag" (also known as a web beacon or clear GIF) is a tiny graphic image placed on a website or in an email that informs us whether you have taken certain actions (e.g., visited a website or opened an email). We may tie the Automatically Collected Information to your name, profile and other Personal Information, including a unique ID number that we assign to you. We also permit certain third parties to place cookies through the Service to provide us with better insights into the use of the Service, user demographics and to provide relevant advertising to you. For example, we use Google Analytics, including its display advertising and remarketing features, to enable us and our third-party service providers, including Google, to collect data about the Site's visitors via Google Analytics' first-party cookies and DoubleClick's third-party cookies. We use this information to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to the Site and other websites. Business Transfers. As we develop our business, we might sell, transfer, or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets.

Service Providers. We provide information to affiliated and unaffiliated third parties for their use in performing services on our behalf. For example, we may authorize our service providers (such as payment processors, advertisers, providers of chat services, etc.) to place cookies or pixel tags on the Site; provided, that our agreements with such third parties require them to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information and only use your Personal Information to provide services on our behalf and not for their own benefit. For example, OkGo Studio works with ad networks to place our ads on third-party websites. OkGo Studio allows the advertisers to place pixel tags on the Site that indicates that you clicked on our ad on the third-party website, but no Personal Information is received or collected by such advertisers or third-party websites. We do not share Personal Information with any third parties so they can market to you.

Business Partners. OkGo Studio may work with advertising vendors who collect non-Personal Information about your visit to the Site and third-party websites in order to serve you with more personalized targeted ads and to verify advertising campaign results. Although these companies use some anonymous information about you to display ads while you are browsing the internet, we do not permit these companies to collect any Personal Information about you. For instance, OkGo Studio may use Google Adwords that places cookies on the Site in order to provide targeted ads on third-party websites based on your previous visit to the Site or your general web browsing habits. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected by third parties, including third-party advertisers, and OkGo Studio is not responsible for cookies or pixel tags in third-party ads. Legal Requirements. OkGo Studio may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of OkGo Studio, users of the Service, and others, (iii) to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

Even when you no longer use the Service, we may continue to use and share your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. How we protect your information

OkGo Studio maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of your Personal Information. However, no system can be 100% secure, and it is possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, there could be unauthorized access to your Personal Information. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you provide to us. By using the Service, you assume this risk. Please note that you should keep your account and password strictly confidential at all times.

5. Social Networking Sites

If you access or register for the Service via a social networking site (such as Facebook and Google+) (each, a "
Social Networking Service" or "SNS"), you authorize the operator of such SNS site to transfer information to us in accordance with such site's privacy policy. We do not control such settings or data transfers.

One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to play OkGo Studio games on, or log in to the Service via, various Social Networking Services. To take advantage of this feature, we will ask you to log in to the relevant SNS. When you use the Service on an SNS or log in to the Service using your SNS account, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that SNS and your data contained within that SNS. As part of such integration, the SNS will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to the SNS (including basic profile information, photos, friend lists, and any additional information provided by you according to your privacy settings on the SNS), and we will use, store, and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, please remember that the manner in which an SNS uses, stores, and discloses your information is governed by the policies of such SNS, and OkGo Studio is not liable or responsible for the privacy practices or other actions of any SNS that may be enabled within the Service.

You may also have the option of posting your Service activities to various Social Networking Services when you access content through the Service (for example, you may post to Facebook or Google+ that you performed an activity on the Service). You acknowledge that if you choose to use this feature, your friends, followers, and subscribers on any SNS you have enabled will be able to view such activity. Similarly, others using the Service through an SNS may see some of your profile information, including your photos, your name, and your username.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by OkGo Studio through your use of the Service. Third-party websites may be accessible through links from the Site or when using the Service. These third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies. OkGo Studio is not liable or responsible for any content appearing on those websites or any privacy or security practices for those websites.

You may opt not to submit any personal data to us by refraining from accessing the Service. You may also opt to submit only some Personal Information to us, but this may limit your ability to participate in some activities on the Service. If you play our games, we may collect data on our game play boards resulting from your use of the Service, and contextual data about your use of the Service such as length of play and in-game behavior.

8. Children Under Age 13

The Service is not directed, or intended to be attractive, to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information, photos, videos, audio files, or location data of or from children under the age of 13 or knowingly use persistent identifiers to recognize children under the age of 13 over time and across different websites or online services. If you are under the age of 13, do not use the Service and do not submit any information to us. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children under the age of 13 never to use the Service. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to OkGo Studio through the Service, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete that information from our databases as soon as possible.

9. Our Forums, Message Boards, and Chat Rooms

Our forums, message boards, and public chats are public on the internet. This means that information you post in these public areas and your username and profile image may be viewable by persons outside of the Site and show up on third-party websites (for instance, as search results). This information may be collected and used by other people. While we strive to protect those who wish to participate in these features of the Service, we cannot control use or security of any information you post in public areas.

You may review and edit your Personal Information by logging in to your account and reviewing your account settings and profile. If you ask us to delete your account, we may retain your Personal Information for a certain period of time to resolve disputes, collect any fees owed, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or for other purposes or to take other actions as permitted or required by applicable law, and we may continue to use your Personal Information in aggregate form.
